As Operations Director on an Agent Team, focused on the luxury New York market, you will execute the operational and management tasks of a fast paced, high performing real estate agent team. You represent the team, serving as a member and point of contact to clients/customers, outside vendors, and the Compass community. Anticipating the needs of the team, you resolve operational and transactional issues before they arise, and delegate administrative and marketing tasks as required. Your expertise lies in your flexible approach to management, agility when coordinating multiple agents, and high volume operational output. You must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow and efficiencies of the team. In this role you will work on: Operations - Evaluate key areas of responsibility and implement operational improvements, working with team to locate and execute best practices in structuring an efficient work flow Work closely and effectively with the lead agent(s) to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary Maintain and manage team drives, calendars, contacts, listings, social networks, and website Manage external requests and retrieve messages on behalf of the team, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate Strategy & Growth- Establish and refine lead generation procedures as precedent - pitches, sales and marketing initiatives Increase publicity and marketing efforts to further establish and develop team brand as area specialists Retain ongoing tracking reports and records of important properties Maintain ongoing comparable analysis reports for developer clients with relevant projects to view on an as-need basis Team Management - Partner with lead agent(s) to plan team growth including acting as point person for all future hires Build job descriptions and performance based metrics for all team members and conduct timely performance reviews Conduct check-ins with current team members and lead agent(s) to ensure a productive and supportive environment What We're Looking For: A minimum of 4 years of administrative support directly supporting executives Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides) and Mailchimp Strong written and oral communication B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times with great attention to detail Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.
