CompTIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment responsible for managing a variety of order processing functions supporting the fulfillment of digital, print and sample products for CompTIA. This position straddles a technical data role as well as an operations role in the management of product fulfillment.
We are looking for an individual who can work well with others and deliver innovative technical solutions.
Digital product management from the creation of digital access keys, delivery and reconciliation of digital keys, key expiration management, digital and print product inventory, digital and print product fulfillment and all digital product automation processes including email delivery to both B2B & B2C customers.
Oversight of the product code management process as well as implementation of this process with our vendors and internal systems.
Data management of all elements of data supporting fulfillment operations including inventory management, reporting and data migration of data sets pertaining to inventory and digital key redemption
Monitoring member benefit fulfillment requirements and subscription product processes.
Print vendor management domestically and internationally which will include understanding all costs of good sold, shipping alternatives and the entire shipping process.
Customer service assistance with duties such as order troubleshooting, invoicing, returns, access key and product fulfillment issues.
Basic understanding of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) ETL packages for data migration
Effectively communicate project status and issues
Ability and willingness to participate in a variety of different IS/Development roles
Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical staff
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
