Core BTS (Core), a solution provider focused on client-centric IT services, software and technology, seeks highly motivated Account Managers to join our team in the Pennsylvania and Delware Markets. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development of long-term relationships with our clients both new and existing.
We re looking for talented individuals with a Services-first mentality, who understand how to leverage their relationship building skills and knowledge of the client environment to assist and influence the client at every stage of the buying cycle. You ll use your solid technology background to then craft solutions that exceed your clients expectations and position Core advantageously versus our competition.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the relationships with your clients, ensuring we meet their needs throughout the sales process.
  • Establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor to both IT and Business Decision Makers within your accounts.
  • Position Core within enterprise and mid-market accounts via a solutions-oriented engagement methodology.
  • Clearly articulate Core s solutions portfolio (including Information Technology as a Service (ITaaS), managed services, professional services, implementation services, Tier One manufacturer technologies.
  • Build relationships with key vendor partners within the region to assist you with your prospecting and account management responsibilities.
  • Obtain (and maintain) industry sales certifications for all of our Tier One vendors.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical solutions experience, such as network infrastructure, collaboration and/or security (preferred)
  • Proven record of prospecting and selling (you re a hunter AND a farmer)
  • Prior experience selling services and solutions
  • Prior experience interfacing with the C-Suite and/or Director level personnel
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
