Provide phone support to our dealer network
Provide detailed and accurate case information
Listen actively and provide appropriate advice based upon each customer's needs
Technical Support staff are responsible for tier 1 technical support calls, administrative tasks, and proper escalation of cases to the national Applications Engineers
BS in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology or Computer Programming or actively enrolled in a BS program
In lieu of college coursework, 1-3 years of experience in A/V Integration, Help Desk, or Technical Support will be considered
Knowledge of Audio/Video products, networking, system design, and controls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize competing projects and deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational sense
Motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office
Must be able to work 10:30AM - 7:30 PM
Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
