Customer Service Associate

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist both our Mortgage Recording Customer Service team and Litigation Management team, handling all of our incoming and outgoing mail. Duties will include scanning and uploading documents, shipping, data entry, and order entry. Driving to and from the post office as needed.

What you'll do for us:

• Sorting incoming and outgoing mail

• Data entry of client information

• Electronic filing and retrieval of documents

• Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately

• Driving may be required in this role

These technical skills, experience, and qualifications will provide a successful foundation for this position:

• Must have excellent typing skills both alpha and numerical

• Data entry experience preferred

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to process work in multiple computer applications and production systems on a daily basis

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent and analytical skills to solve problems
