We are presently hiring a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for our Inferno Brick Oven & Bar location. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the overall operation of the location, while achieving company objectives in sales, quality, service, cleanliness, controls, and appearance, while creating and maintaining a positive, productive working environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have at least three (3) years of restaurant experience, and ideally one (1) year of restaurant management/leadership experience
Our managers will have outstanding leadership skills, are guest-focused and ideally proficient in both front and back of the house operations
Continually monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the drinks andservice
Assumes 100% responsibility for our guests experience
Demonstrate high ethical standards at all times
Support and implement Dantes local and company-wide marketing programs
Complete and develop opening and closing checklists
Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, and Sanitation policies and procedures
Ensure that the baroperates efficiently and effectively within the Companys fiscal and operational guidelines
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
Assist in the creation of barrules, regulations, policies, and procedure
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
Be knowledgeable of policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures
Responsible for bar P&L performance, including food and labor costs
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Clear communication skills are key in this role, as well as ability to adapt/react quickly as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Must be 21 years of age
