The practice is regionalized with each physician covering a specific area; however, call coverage encompasses all regions.
The practice is seeking a highly motivated physician with strong clinical skills to join them. They would love you to have ties to the area; however, they are confident that once you come to the panhandle, you won t be able to imagine yourself anywhere else. The practice offers a two year salary guarantee that is higher than the national average, productivity bonus, and benefits. The track to partnership is two years and comes with a productivity salary, a share of medical directorship revenue, and ability to participate in investment opportunities, as well as a voting share.
