Join Deloitte's Cyber Risk Program Development and Governance services team and support the transition to an executive-led cyber risk program that balances requirements to be secure, vigilant, and resilient in line with the risk appetite of the organization Work youll do As aManager in our Cyber Strategy & Governance team, you will be part of the assessments to conduct an enterprise-wide basis for specific business areas, provide insight on areas of strength and weakness and guide ongoing investment and organizational transition strategies
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks and remediation methods to mitigate risks
  • Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects
  • Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
  • Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics
  • Demonstrate ability to with identify and address client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to the manager
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, Deloitte & Touche products and service lines

  • 5+ years of information security & privacy or cyber risk management experience
  • 5+ years implementing security solutions
  • 5+ years of cyber assessment experience
  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% within North America
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business
  • Preferred:
  • Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
  • Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
