Manager, Sponsorship Activation

Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a Brand Management professional to join its US Brand team, focused on Sponsorship Activation. This team member will be a key player in the Sponsorship Center of Excellence, working on high-profile projects targeting Deloitte's clients, professionals, recruits and the broader marketplace. This individual will help lead campaign strategy and planning, serving as a liaison among key stakeholders to prioritize strategic and integrated efforts, provide implementation guidance and counsel, and measure/recalibrate to ensure maximum return on investment.

Responsibilities include the following:

* Working with Brand team / Sponsorship oversight to lead team-developed projects, working closely with campaign management and the in-house agency to drive day-to-day project needs
* Development and execution of content strategy, including oversight of external or creative agencies to script storylines, identify talent & execute shoots
* Guidance and direction for sponsorship digital / social presence as well as key advertising channel management
* Management of significant firm-wide projects, developing strategy, tactical and implementation and metrics plans
* Executive interaction, including communication and reporting to leadership teams
* Oversight and development of internal team members
* Teaming effectively with colleagues in Risk and the Office of General Counsel to ensure that materials are compliant with organization regulations

Skills and Competencies:

* Deep understanding of the business and its strategy, plus the brand positioning
* Deep understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
* Ability to make connections in highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration
* Ability to design campaigns that are measurable
* Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative
* Advanced communication skills - across variety of stakeholder groups - with ability to be agile and manage change
* High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
* Ability to manage multiple, often complex, priorities
* Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through influence
* Strong negotiation and problem solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to work in a virtual environment

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning
* Undergraduate degree required, Master's degree a plus
* Proven project leadership skills, as independent leader across numerous complex projects
* Experience leading diverse and networked teams
* Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
