Family atmosphere and culturally diversified. Clinical Duties Examines patients Develops patient treatment plans Is a constant positive influence on patients and their decision with treatment Provides necessary treatment for patients Proficient in all aspects of Pediatric Dentistry Multidisciplinary approach to care with orthodontists and oral surgeons Administrative Duties Verifies Day Sheets with charts Provides administrative Office Management duties as required Is on-call when needed Delivers diagnosis of treatment in a professional and educational manner Saves and approve x-rays Ensures that vital signs are recorded and posted in computer Follows Periodontal Protocol and record for each patient Enters allotted time for procedures for each treatment plan Sign Lab invoices and forward to the Accounting Dept Prints and signs Day Sheet Summary Participates in Employee Performance Standards reviews for team members Provides inspiring leadership to staff members Is a loyal foundation from which the practice can succeed and strive to build long-term patient relationships Office Management Controls Is directly accountable to the Chief Dental Officer and/or owner-dentist who provides general supervision; directly supervises all dental personnel during treatment procedures Complexity The Dentist will be required to treat patients of many demeanors and technical concentrations under varying degrees of pressure Scope and Effect The Dentist plays a direct role in influencing patient behavior through the treatment process; the doctor-staff patient relationship forms the basis for patient satisfaction and loyalty; practice profitability is directly related to the Dentist's productivity What We Offer: Earnings potential from $150,000 - $500,000 H1B Visa Sponsorship Available Great full-time benefits Vacation time We offer CE courses Medical insurance Life insurance 401K Position Requirements Education Accredited U.S. Dental Programs (DDS/DMD) with appropriate CE Credits; current state licensure must be held in good standing Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency, and successfully obtained a specialty certificate
