Job Title:

MKTG - Senior Manager, Warehouse Assets & Logistics

Job Description:

MKTG Warehouse / Assets & Logistics Sr. Manager is responsible for implementing national processes and standard operating procedures for event assets, warehousing, and transportation. This is a highly organized individual, capable of managing logistics and deliveries through online and offline communication. Success will require the ongoing measurement and evaluation of MKTG field logistics, and the implementation of work efficiency or improvements plans, with cost saving or value added outcomes.


* Responsible for implementing national process and communication plans for event assets and warehouse facilities
* Manage an inventory and tracking system for over 2K assets, stored and manage from 100+ local and regional US warehouse locations
* Manage fiscal warehouse planning, budget tracking, and financial reconciliations
* Conduct facility evaluations and identify cost saving and value opportunities for asset storage, shipping, and transportation
* Introduce and implement digital solutions to improve real time inventory tracking and logistics
* Conduct and present weekly data-driven M&E, tracked against performance and value based KPI's
* Own vendor relationship(s) with asset transportation companies
* Coordinate, ship, and or arrange for asset delivery for national or centrally manage events
* Implement asset condition checks, and oversee process for repairs and preservation
* Work with operations team to place national point-of-sale orders with national vendors (quarterly)

Management Responsibilities

* Reports to Director, Field Activation

Position Requirements:

* 4 - 6 years prior experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management
* Excellent organizational skills
* Economical and cost minded
* Resourceful and proactive
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Experience or familiar with logistics software and technology solutions
* Proficient in Excel and asset management software
