Tasks:

Position Description Summary:

Responsible for identifying, investigating, developing, and evaluating new business development opportunities within a defined route both inbound and outbound of the US for new and established customers that fit and complement company objectives and plans regionally.

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

* Establish customer contact and rapport to maintain awareness of customer's business objectives in conjunction with ongoing account maintenance. Interact with Global and Field Sales teams to create and opportunities/solutions for new or existing customers

* Utilize customer knowledge to develop additional or new opportunities for defined route

* Qualify inquiries/bids against target market, core competency, revenue potential, company capabilities, and projected business forecast

* Manage RFP process to include solution design concepts, deadlines, supply added information, presentation, process/status tracking

* Create written strategic action plans for customer management and expansion

* Responsible for maintaining solid sales growth as well as supporting local sales staff in Australia as well as the USA

* Oversee projects and business relationships, exceeding customer's expectations.

* Responsible for directing contractual negotiations, and assisting/participating in the negotiations as necessary.

* Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth.
