Position Description

Institutional Wealth Partners (\"IWP\") provides Wealth Management \"WM\" clients with access to the Corporate & Investment Bank \"CIB\" and Global Markets \"GM\" capabilities inclusive of lending, investments, trading and hedging and access to the IWP Private Markets platform. IWP serves qualified WM clients, IWP Adopted Clients \"IWP Clients\", which consists of Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals \"UHNWIs\", Family Offices, and select institutional clients. IWP delivers CIB and GM capabilities through the IWP Coverage, Capital Markets, Product teams and coordinating with Corporate Finance for CIB Investment Banking and Capital Markets capabilities.

The IWP Junior Coverage Specialists will be responsible for supporting the Senior IWP Coverage team in their interactions with the WM Relationship Managers (RM's) and their clients. You will learn and develop a working knowledge of IWP capabilities and assist in the origination and distribution of these capabilities including the development of the existing WM clients and prospects. This is accomplished by working with the Senior Coverage professionals as they interact and work with the WM RMs, clients and prospects to identify their needs and opportunities that can be best met by IWP capabilities and products. IWP Coverage relies on the support of IWP CF, IWP Investments & Trading and Products teams for transaction ideas, distribution and execution.


You will specifically be responsible & accountable for:

Client development & management goals

* Working with the Senior Coverage team to build a productive and trusted working relationship with assigned RM's and clients
* Build a productive and trusted working relationship with IWP Investments & Trading and Product Teams
* Collaborate with IWP CF and ISG colleagues to achieve best fit solutions for clients
* Support and update client intelligence databases and pipeline systems in collaboration with IWP Investment & Trading and KCP Product Teams to include dbForce, KPC Product Syndicate, etc
* Ensure KYC and IWP Client Adoption policies and procedures are followed and that required controls and suitability are adhered too


* Wealth Management and/or CIB experience
* Must have at least 12 months Sales/Client interface experience and able to build relationships autonomously
* A critical & intuitive thinker, with sharp investigative skills and attention to detail
* Strong financial literacy
* Understands financial markets, their drivers and cyclical impacts
* Effective communication and presentation skills including report writing (e.g. research, product offerings)
* Trouble-shooter, with entrepreneurial DNA
* Team player in a diverse team
* Motivated self-starter
* Spanish speaker


* Undergraduate Bachelor's degree
* Series 7 & 63 (or willing to take and complete within 6 month period)
