Purpose: The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the development of team leaders and fundraisers, productive operations, and implementation and execution of fundraising campaigns.
Previous face to face fundraising experience.
2 years of experience successfully leading a face to face fundraising team.
Employee Acquisition and Development
Ensure company policy standards are maintained at all times.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator to execute and promote employee selection process.
Achieve targets and KPI s in recruiting ratios: Recruit and retain team of 15 fundraisers and leaders.
Grow fundraisers by coaching, motivating, and training them to have excellent performance and team leading abilities.
Grow managers to have excellent personal and team performance with team leading abilities.
Prepare, organize, and develop training programs in and out of the office for new fundraisers and Team Leaders. Implement programs to develop productive fundraising teams and ensure the cultivation of future leadership.
Ongoing Performance Management
Organize and implement one-to-one and group meetings with team.
Constant supervision and development of teams both on and off site.
Direct line management of fundraising teams.
Join teams in fundraising to motivate and lead by example. Maintain personal production of 2 donors per week while training in the field.
Observe teams in the field; record observations, working hours and improve any procedural deficiencies.
Identify problem areas and integrate solutions into training strategy.
Achieve and maintain budgeted targets and KPI s in production: sign up average, gift average, and total donors.
Achieve and maintain quality targets: donor age, annual/quarterly gifts, and debit rate.
Ensure quality of dialogue to maintain accurate promotion of the charity partner.
Ensure quality of team leading and training best practices.
Reinforce that quality and performance standards set by the company are met at all times.
Lead by example: remain professional, positive and approachable at all times.
Review feedback regarding cancellation rate, charity complaints and mystery shopping. Implement quality control measures to correct issues.
Ensure that Human Resource standards are constantly upheld and monitored.
Research and work with compliance department to ensure up to date licensing and permits are obtained before entering a territory.
25% of role requires travel to different markets for development and/or charity visits.
Provide feedback and participate in skill shares with other Campaign Coordinators, City Coordinators, CEO, and Senior Management Team to continuously improve systems using action plans.
Action any other requests from Operations Management.
Salary base plus performance based on experience.
