This role is designed to bring IT more closely aligned with Product by building bridges that link traditional Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) and Application Development (AD) teams and enable the rapid adoption of DevOps and Agility for DTCC software development projects.Position Summary:Remove impediments that may block progress of major DTCC modernization initiatives and enable more rapid results than has occurred in Waterfall style projects. Lead teams that are responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) DevSecOps Pipeline to develops.Specific Responsibilities:Work closely with Product and AD to leverage EI teams and resources to achieve all project deadlinesWork closely with EI to align EI procedures and tools with DevOps principles as required to meet project deadlines. Host and lead regular meetings with AD and EI service owners in each area to review status and address issues. Participate in multiple squads across a wide range of projects covering all aspects of the CI/CD pipeline, as well as a range of Foundational Cloud Services (such as networking, storage, replication, identity, messaging, etc.).Ensure that best practices are shared with other areas of the DTCC technical landscape.Close coordination with Enterprise Agile and Automation programs.Specific Accountabilities:Lead one or more DevOps teamsEstablish a vision for cross functional team required to deliver on the goals of the squadDrive creation of the backlog for the squadAssign work to the squad membersNegotiate squad deliverables and dates with stakeholdersRepresent the squad in a variety of review sessions with senior management and other stakeholdersMitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Expert MS Office skills.
