The Role:

Dun & Bradstreet manages all our employees and contingent workers within Workday which we deployed globally to our 20+ locations with full self-service to employees, managers and HR. The HRIS Workday Analyst will drive how to make the technology better and will be responsible for enhancements, integrations, streamlining processes and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRBPs, Managers and Team Members on Performance Management/Check-ins, Objectives and Talent Assessments as part of the Talent Module
  • General Workday Instruction/assistance to mangers and team members.
  • Manage Inbox for Workday related items for Compensation, Reorganizations, Name Changes, etc and process as a Workday Analyst.
  • Lead Data Quality weekly audits for data and run reports to support functional leads
  • Partner with managers and Team Members to develop Job Aids, send time tracking weekly reminders, etc.
  • Review, assess and make recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology.
  • Lead applicable implementations, status reporting to stakeholders, organizing meetings for projects, conducting user acceptance testing, developing training to impacted users and coordinating deployment strategy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.
  • Key Requirements:

  • BA/BS with 3+ years experience.
  • Required Workday HRIS system 2+ years experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Takes initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
