Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service while greeting clients, guests and agents when entering the General Office.
  • Answer incoming calls from Clients, and Agents.
  • Forward calls to Agents that come into the General Office.
  • Assist the New Business Team with policy billing, assembly and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Customer Service Representatives undergo a comprehensive training program to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions and transaction processing.
  • Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
