Your role: The Head of Digital Innovation will drive our eCommerce future aspirations in an incubated agile environment. They will lead a team of 5 managers, driving defined ideas to go/no go conclusions and driving revenue. They will also be responsible evolving new ideas/concepts that build on our foundational concepts and vision.

Hire and develop a team of agile leaders/contributors to drive the strategy

Deliver on revenue targets from identified concepts and/or develop new initiatives that drive those results

Drive an agile and entrepreneurial culture of rapid testing, resulting in on-going learning, go/no-go decision making, and progressive financial success

Establish communication cadence with top leadership

Work with existing business teams, where appropriate, to harness the strength of the organization without compromising speed

Establish an incubator type environment for new initiatives being developed; coach the organization on approach, and potential adoption of business concepts as they make sense

Who You Are:

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, business, and/or science

Strong track record of leading teams and consistently delivering results in a digital and agile environment

Excellent leadership & communication skills

Strong business and finance acumen

10+ years industry experience

Experience and knowledge of digital channels, having worked in digital marketing, data science, and/or information technology

Experience in start-up environments, either in a start-up or as part of larger organization

Ambitious, energetic, and result oriented

Up to 20% travel, both domestic and international
