Entrinsic Health is a clinical stage biotech and consumer health company dedicated to developing breakthrough therapies which treat diseases and conditions with high unmet needs. We are pioneering the science of precise amino acid combinations formulated into proprietary and patented Targeted Precision Modulators (TPMs). TPMs correct dysregulated membrane bound proteins responsible for various diseases and disorders. Our TPM platform has robust proof of concept (13 clinical trials and 11 publications), efficacy to rival complex and costly therapies, and the potential to address difficult to target disease states and conditions.
Our current focus is in both therapeutic and consumer health areas, including Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis, Hemochromatosis, Neuroendocrine Tumors, acute diarrhea, and medical hydration, as well as a discovery stage Tumor Regression program. With its four mechanisms of action impacting 12 known membrane bound proteins, our platform has the potential to address a wide range of serious disease states and conditions.
The Business Analyst will report to the SVP, Corporate Development and perform detailed analytics to assist in the formulation of business strategy, portfolio management, and external partnerships.
Areas of Responsibility
Support the companys efforts to develop growth strategies and to build competitive market positions, with and without external partners.
Provide data and insights, leading to recommendations around business strategies, portfolio management, new product development, and adjacent opportunities.
Serve as a thought partner by providing fact-based and data driven recommendations for business and growth opportunities.
Perform competitive monitoring for targeted companies with competing pipelines, as well as potential partner targets based on strategic fit, complementary cultures, and other critical attributes.
Complete market assessments for EH programs based on product profiles, pipeline programs in development, and expected results. Analytics may include top down-market models, analysis of market and analyst reports, and coordinated analysis of marketing team assessments with key opinion leaders and patients.
Provide specific analytics for management and R&D team leaders providing input in the prioritization of programs (stage gate process).
Obtain market data and reports utilizing data bases and other subscription programs.
The candidate will have a BS undergraduate degree (MBA is highly preferred) plus 5-6 years of experience in healthcare related fields. Experience in business development or market analysis in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or consumer health industries (FDA regulated products and/or drugs) is a must for the role. The desired candidate will demonstrate decision-making ability in a science and research dependent business. The candidate will also have global business experience, or the acumen and potential to get there quickly.

Top level analytical, financial, and market modeling skills to define the biggest opportunities and deliver accurate revenue projections that aid financial proforma P&L development.
Strong strategic, critical thinking, and reasoning skills with an ability to assimilate information quickly in new science and disease areas, and across competitive companies and markets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding oral and written communication.
Ability to influence and persuade others with no direct authority.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word with skills sufficient to prepare management ready materials and presentations.
Project management experience including an ability to balance and manage multiple on-going projects and meet challenging deadlines.
Experience in competitive monitoring and profiling of programs with timely and actionable communication to R&D and Marketing teams.
Effectively operate in a small company environment, working cross-functionally in a non-matrixed organization.
Team player with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and across all functional areas.
Act as a credible and independent expert whose opinion is valued and respected by senior management.
