TPMs correct dysregulated membrane bound proteins responsible for various diseases and disorders. Our TPM platform has robust proof of concept (13 clinical trials and 11 publications), efficacy to rival complex and costly therapies, and the potential to address difficult to target disease states and conditions.

Our current focus is in both therapeutic and consumer health areas, including Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis, Hemochromatosis, Neuroendocrine Tumors, acute diarrhea, and medical hydration, as well as a discovery stage Tumor Regression program. With its four mechanisms of action impacting 12 known membrane bound proteins, our platform has the potential to address a wide range of serious disease states and conditions.
