email me your UPDATED RESUME jwimberlyepathusa.net Alaska Airlines Work Location Seattle, Washington Job Title Analysis - Support Analyst Job Description looking for a talented and experienced Systems Analyst to join its Trax Support team which drives the success of our maintenance team by supporting requests and driving system improvements. This Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Alaska Airlines Trax System by accomplishing routine tasks, interpreting data and tracking Trax system fixes to resolution. Scope Complexity This Analyst role supports the Trax Program Manager, Business Leads and Trax Subject Matter Experts (SMErsquos) by administering monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, developing ad hoc reports and responding to Trax problem reports for Alaska Air Group (AAG). This Analyst is curious about how the Trax ERP system is designed, Trax data structure, data discrepancies and Trax UI design. The Analyst will report out on business metrics weekly and monthly. Key Duties bull Work with Business Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMErsquos) to resolve Trax problem reports. bull Work with Trax help desk to understand issues and report back to SMErsquos on findings. bull Maintain internal and external logs to track modifications, issues, switch changes, security changes and modification requests. bull Review all logs with Trax Program Manager monthly and report out on metrics quarterly. bull Create and help manage Trax Quick Prints bull Work with business analytics team to develop new reports or transfer reports from Quick Print to formal report using SSRS or Tableau. Job-Specific Experience, Education Skills Required bull A minimum of 3 years of experience with an Aircraft Maintenance system bull A minimum of 3 years of analytics experience, preference for ERP focus. bull Strong communication and presentation skills bull Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). bull Ability to think strategically and see the big picture while understanding the details. Preferred bull A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and set priorities consistent with departmental goals. bull A Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree bull Client server application architecture knowledge bull Oracle database knowledge and use of ODBC connections bull Expert analytical skills and understanding of analytical processes. bull Data analytics background with Statistics and financial fundamentals knowledge.
