  • Product Manager Digital Traveler Product & Discovery Team
  • As a Product Manager, you must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; understand how Applications are built: from data gathering, to designed, to development.

    You must enjoy spending time with the clients while still advocating for the overall individual business traveler experience and find innovative solutions that resolve both ends.

    You will work with various groups to analyze the business needs, define metrics, create the product requirements and define the go-to-market strategy, helping them to understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

    You should be comfortable talking to Engineering, Design and communicating customer needs. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES

    Your first and foremost passion is delighting the customer with digital experiences that meet their core needs as business traveler.

    Follow a User Centered Design approach, helping with market research execution and the generation of insights to be incorporated into the application design.

    Be responsible for understanding how our business functions and how it might best be served using internal data from web analytics tools and voice of customer survey.

    Assist in the technology development process including writing user stories, defining support documents, and conducting usability testing.

    Coordinate and prioritize site enhancements requested by stakeholders across the organization

    Utilize data to report on and analyze key metrics aimed at understanding and optimizing site design and content.

    Collaborate regularly with key business partners to identify if customer needs are being met in the experience and make recommendations around changes that might improve their experience.

    You manage stakeholders with compassion, confidence and exceptional clarity with regards to the product strategy and overall mission for your customer

    You are sensitive to the team s needs, all stakeholder s needs and the company needs all at the same time, with the ability to rationalize priorities calmly and communicate clearly

    You can distill complex business and technical requirements to clear, layman, product specifications.

    Detail oriented, understand how small system changes have direct consumer facing impact.

    You are data and evidence driven; have experience working with A/B tests, User Centric Research and various forms of qualities data to direct the product process.

    You have the ability to write clear user stories, manage a roadmap and prioritize features linking business, competitive, and user needs

    You have a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing a best in class product.
