Participation in the management of ETL development activity related to new customer implementations
Development of detailed technical requirements to support the development of new customer data acquisition processes
Support in business requirements gathering process via internal and external business partner engagement
Execution of data audits and test plans to validate ETL accuracy
Participation in client engagement during new implementation period
Ongoing support of existing ETL processes

Minimum Experience Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology; or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5 + years' experience with systems analysis, data analysis and requirements gathering is required. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer data and business needs and translate them into technical designs for loading and extracting data considering all downstream impacts for Claims, membership, provider look up, eligibility rules, program specifications.
Lead claims and member eligibility and provider network data requirement sessions, create logical data designs for developers
Possess a solid knowledge of a query language, and understand software design principles.
Solid understanding of data modeling design, data quality principles, source file data extraction, complex data transformation and load processes.
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers, managers, executives, and subject matter experts.
Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and support is required.
Must have capability and desire to mentor others.
