We offer a large national presence, high stability, and tremendous remarket capabilities. We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator for our Fortune 100 client located in Jacksonville.
Provide support and administration of key Financial Systems within the Accounting & Finance group supporting financial reports, operational duties and technical processes.
Perform System Administration role including report development and maintenance, system testing, new user set up, user support, process management, dimension and hierarchy maintenance, and security administration.
Serve as primary financial report developer using VBA and advanced Excel functions supporting report intake, requirements, development, testing, maintenance, and training processes.
Build complex and efficiently designed financial reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft VBA macros.
Responsible for financial reports QA and UA Testing efforts incorporating business, functional, and technical requirements into development of complete and accurate test scripts.
Document and assist in regression testing for new/existing financial reports software updates, rule changes, ETL modifications, and other system maintenance.
Manage report documentation of internal change management controls and processes, ensuring they are in compliance with corporate controls and risk policies.
Prepare training materials and conduct training classes for system users (basic / advanced).
Prepare documentation and conduct on-going testing of contingency processes, including disaster recovery and staff back up cross-training.
Assist in documenting accurately and timely all system data and mapping validations related to financial processes, complying with Corporate controls and risk policies.
Assist in System Security procedure documentation ensuring Security Maintenance, Approvals, and Administration comply with Company Information Security Policy standards.
Assist with semi-annual user security reviews process validating system source files, managing required sign-offs / documentation, and assessing impact analysis on changes, while complying with System licensing contracts.
Maintain SharePoint site and other technical applications to help improve workflow and business processes.
Research, troubleshoot and deliver solutions for user support questions.
Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Advanced knowledge of ERP Components and/or OLAP multi-dimensional relational databases preferred
Advanced proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or IBM Cognos TM1 preferred
Advanced proficiency with Excel VBA code, functions, features and other Microsoft Office products
Ability to effectively manage through shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment
Training and Experience:
5 7 years of Finance and System Administration experience required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related business area required
Banking and/or mortgage industry experience preferred
Oracle Financials and/or Cognos TM1 experience preferred
