As the leader of our newly formed Diversity Recruiting Team for Specialized Tech, you will work closely with recruiting managers, our team and business leaders across AR/VR and Infrastructure Enterprise & Security to ensure that we are working together to hire for inclusion. You will lead a team who is responsible for augmenting our sourcing efforts, supporting hiring for our successful Pathway Programs, as well as serving our recruiting teams and clients with their most strategic hiring needs. We are seeking a Recruiting Manager who has built new teams from the ground up, has experience managing recruiting and/or sourcing teams in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about inclusive hiring and diversity as well as leading people with passion. If this sounds like you, please come join us on this very important journey! **Required Skills:** 1. Onboarding and training new Recruiters and Sourcers 2. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team 3. Designing innovative, scalable sourcing and recruiting strategies that will contribute to our long-range company growth while also driving for greater inclusion 4. Ensuring recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics 5. Ensuring a high-touch candidate experience 6. Partnering with Facebook hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities 7. Identifying trends and leveraging knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to influence and drive our diversity recruiting strategies 8. Leading by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices 9. Compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions 10. Defining, designing and implementing recruiting programs for a variety of Specialized Tech positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply **Minimum Qualifications:** 11. 4 or more years of experience with team management 12. 8 or more years of experience with recruiting 13. Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports 14. Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams 15. Experience multi-tasking **Preferred Qualifications:** 16. Technical recruiting experience 17. Experience managing diversity sourcing or recruiting teams 18.
