About the role:

You are going to work as a senior project manager and are responsible for client focused and economically viable implementation of national and international projects in the Insurance business unit. You will work with both internal and client project teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Planning, managing and reporting of projects
  • Managing project P&L, budgeting and costing
  • Building, steering and developing of the project teams
  • Ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction under consideration of limitation through project scope, deadlines, risk, resources and quality
  • Continuous consulting and support of our clients
  • Development and shaping of customer relationships
  • Continued growth of our business
  • What you bring :

  • Diploma, Bachelor or Master in Computer science, Industrial engineering with Business Studies, Business administration or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as project manager with budget and resource responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge or certificates of project management methodologies are favourable.
  • Knowledge in at least some of these areas:Business processes commonly found within the insurance industry, particularly with regards to risk management and policy administration.Basic IT technologies, network technologies, software development methodologies, database systems.Insurance front office / back office systems.
  • Knowledge of change-, risk-, contract -, claims- and escalation management
  • Self-sufficient, goal-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Persuasive, self-assured manner, service- and customer-focused thinking and acting
  • Rapid and flexible learning ability and able to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Fluent English, and other regional languages if possible
  • Willingness to travel
