This is a remote position, you are responsible for the planning and management ofour Factory Service Technicians that are customer facing. This involves ensuring the technicians' deliver a brand-aligned seamless experience to all customers, in conjunction with operational measures,along withinfluencing enduring customers that increase market share and profitable growth in the short and long term.

The Lead provides inspirational leadership, and direction to the entire Factory Service Team. We put the customer at the center of everything we do.
