We are looking for a Part Time Teammate Resources Coordinator to support the Teammate (Human) Resources function in our Wilmington Learning Center. Part Time, 20 - 25 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are essential to the

successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.

Administrative TR Support

Prepare authorizations for all payroll actions and obtain needed signature(s)

Process promotions, transfers and terminations

Maintain employee files in strict confidence and ensure proper documents are distributed

and retained

Maintain bulletin boards, recruiting tracker and exit interview tracker

Ensure annual acknowledgment and other HR compliance documents are up to date and

filled correctly

Talent Acquisition / Recruiting

Post approved positions in eRecruiting as requested.

Maintain and track applicant flow in eRecruiting.

Coordinate interviews with candidates.

Maintain recruiting and other compliance records.

Request and document pre-employment background investigations, and other duties

regarding hiring activities at location.

Prepare and coordinate new hire paperwork for chosen candidate(s), including offer letter

and other documentation

Assist with new employee orientations

Teamwork - Internal & External Activities

Interact with the TR team on Payroll Authorization functions such as New Hire, Promotion,

Merits, Transfers, etc.

Support TR team in the production of training and informational programs.

Participate as a member of CARE presentation group at the Center; facilitate CARE

meeting(s) on a rotational basis with other members.

TR Support Role

Will follow the TR Flight Plan regarding initiatives for continuous improvement and people

performance.

Will support Business Unit driven initiatives and ensure alignment with overall TR practices

and procedures

Documentation and Reports Activities

Administrative: Will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities to support TR

activities to include new hire paperwork, orientation, HRMS updates, and exit interviews,

May also maintain pre-employment and post offer testing, attend ISO audit when necessary,

etc.

Compliance: Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning

employment. Ensures compliance of TR plans and procedures. Partners with management

to implement programs to meet the deficient target areas in conjunction with Affirmative

Action plans.

Workers' Compensation: Act as Point-of-Contact for all reporting and paperwork regarding

accidents and injuries to teammates at the Business Unit, while on FlightSafety International

property or elsewhere on company business. These duties may also include the following:

follow-up with teammate regarding ability to return to work, appropriate medical releases,

follow-up therapy, maintenance of necessary files, and generation of yearly OSHA 300/301

report and other OSHA forms based on compensation claims

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of

the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Minimum Requirements)

High School diploma or equivalent

One to two years in Human Resources related experience

Familiar with HR concepts

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak,

understand, read and write

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations

Problem solving skills

Ability to follow directions and complete responsibilities in a timely manner

Must be trustworthy, dependable and able to handle highly confidential information with

discretion.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

IBM PC and / or compatible computer with printer

Various office equipment: FAX, copier, multi-line telephone, 10-key

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Good knowledge of the following software: MS Office. MS Access

Basic knowledge of SAP or other HRMS preferred as is previous experience with Success Factor Performance Management software or other recruiting software perferred

Other software programs may be required, as needed
