DescriptionForbes seeks a coordinator for Forbes sponsored editorial and paid brand content programs including Forbes BrandVoice and Forbes Insights. The coordinator will handle a variety of daily site production, content promotion, program tracking and other tasks, working closely with content partnership managers and project managers. The role is highly task-oriented for programs that may include digital post, digital video, research, research report, social and print executions, and more.Responsibilities:Manage daily production and project management work for programs with direction from project managers and partner managers on priorities and executionManage all production tasks for programs, includingProgram tasking and checklisting setupDaily task management including prelaunch, launch, live and sunset tasksSite publishing for clients in all content formats (posts, video)Native ad set up, monitoring and customizationCoordinate product needs and issuesManage tech/dev tickets related to product needsWork with vendor contacts to troubleshoot and resolve vendor issues or questionsProvide guidance and feedback to management on product and vendor needsAid in creation of analytics reports with partnership manager oversight and collaborationRun client Bertie and dashboard trainings and walkthroughsCommunicate clearly, professionally and effectively with clients as neededDemonstrate growing level of comfort and understanding of programs, tools and processes over timeHelp with team product development and deployment as needed, including instructions and feature implementationQualifications:1-2 years of experience in digital media preferred, may include internships or college experienceAble to thrive working on a high number of simultaneous campaignsAble to nimbly adapt to iterative business features and demandsAdept working with a variety of project management and other collaborative toolsTeam playerService-orientedBachelors degree or equivalentAbout ForbesThe defining voice of entrepreneurial capitalism, Forbes champions success by celebrating those who have made it, and those who aspire to make it.
