PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and measuring operationswithin a warehouse facility. Measures standard operating processes withinfacility.Ensures thatproductivity and operational goals are met through supervising receiving,warehousing, returns, shipping, and inventory control of products in order todeliver customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises and directs the daily operations of the team, including butnot limited to: establishing mutual goals, assigning tasks, maintainingschedules and ensuring compliance with FMCNA and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as well as adhering to regulatoryspecifications.

Establishes warehouse operational infrastructure.Maintains receiving,warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, andenforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Meets warehouse operational standards bycontributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementingproduction, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolvingproblems; identifying warehouse system improvements.

Keeps equipment operating by enforcingoperating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventivemaintenance; calling for repairs.

Providesdirect supervision of the assigned teams through ongoing leadership andguidance.

Safeguards warehouseoperations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures andprotocols.

Controls inventorylevels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Maintains physicalcondition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; routineequipment inspections; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions forreplacement.

oInspects the physical conditions of the warehouseto ensure compliance with FMCNA safety regulations, Occupational Safety andHealth Administration (OSHA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) standards.

oEnsures the maintenance of a clean, neat, andorderly workspace.

Administers the formal annual performance review and provides informalfeedback to warehouse personnel throughout the year.

Ensures the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.

Ensures the rotation of product as appropriate.

Ensures timely and accurate completion of all necessary records and reports.

Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderatelevel of control and review. Role primarily focuses on tactical execution ofroutine situations.

Responsiblefor hiring, coaching, counseling employees, including performance reviews,disciplinary action, and terminations.

Assists with various projects as assigned by adirect supervisor.

May be required to assist with warehousefunctions which include but are not limited to shipping, packing, loading, unloading, and sorting.

Acts asliaison between employees and top management.

Interactswith Corporate Operations, Traffic, Customer Service, Human Resources,customers, and employees, as necessary.

Other dutiesas assigned.



Qualifications

EDUCATION:

BS/BA in business, materials management or engineering

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :

Minimum 2 3 years of experience at a senior or lead level; or 1 3years of experience as a Supervisor.

Management and supervisory skills and experience preferred.

Familiarity with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with materials handling equipment is essential.

Must be able to read and write English, count accurately and do simplemath.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Theability to operate material handling equipment.

Ability to provide clear and concise directions to subordinates and otherwarehouse personnel.
