My client offers B1, B2, Digital Print and Large Format print from their in-house presses. The company also offer digital services to complement their print offering including App development, websites, email marketing as well as extensive finishing.

They are now looking to grow their sales team and bring on board a Business Development Manager to sell their high-quality commercial print, including; brochures, programmes, newsletters and prospectuses

They currently focus on selling into the Arts/Theatre, Financial, Retail, Education as well as manufacturing sectors. They are now looking to develop these sectors as well as moving into new markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling commercial print into a variety of market sectors
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Responsibilities

  • To present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
