The Visual Merchandising & Print Production Associate is responsible for supporting the Visual department in creating & executing floorset direction & In Store signage for the Footwear / Apparel / Accessories area of the business.
* Responsible for the overall execution, organization & communication of the monthly in store Floorset for 115 G.H. Bass Factory Outlet store locations. * Partner with Merchants to understand product assortment plans & translate this into a store level product merchandising presentation. * Initiate creative concepts for merchandising product categories by season for in-store and window presentation. Responsible for ensuring styles are merchandised to drive business results in a visually compelling way. * Maintain store Signage & Fixture matrix, including updating merchandising elements of each store as needed. * Manage weekly React to Business marketing communication documents by price group and partner with Store Operations to communicate to the field * Provide clear direction to stores with a comprehensive floorset document. Partner with Store Communications to ensure stores are able to follow the direction & execute the plan at the store level. * Create seasonal training tools & product knowledge for Stores. * Develop innovative floorsets and display techniques in partnership with the Director for monthly merchandise deliveries. * Manage the In Store signage process - provide direction to graphic designer, manage print print production bid process, coordinate distribution of sign kits to stores & manage budget related to print marketing. * Manage photoshoots to support In Store signage needs. * Manage the Print Marketing budget. Responsible for keeping projects on time and within budget.
* 2-5 years of visual merchandising experience, In-store retail experience preferred. * Strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills. * Versatile; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business. * Strong time management and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment. * Flexible with a team player attitude. * Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Ability to travel domestically and NY Metro area monthly. * Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or Similar.
