GID and Windsor is involved in a variety of asset classes and real estate disciplines, and pursues opportunities both nationally and internationally. The company is engaged in all aspects of real estate investment, ownership, and operation and has divisions that specialize in development, acquisitions, real estate investment funds and separate accounts, international real estate investing, real estate hedge funds, property management, portfolio and asset management, and advisory services.

We are looking for a Director of Amenities and Lifestyle Senior Manager for the Waterline Club. Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

* Oversee all operations of entire Waterline Club
* Create and ensure SOPs for all third party operators are followed
* Oversee all 3rd party operators including Amenity/lifestyle provider/canine enrichment
* Collaborate with Amenity Resident Engagement Manager
* Review and approve all SAOA invoices
* Prepare and manage SAOA budgets
* Promote and manage member attendance
* Review and approve all digital communications
* Oversee all Waterline Brand Marketing, Social Media and public relations
* Direct amenity provider personnel
* Manage amenity membership billing and collections
* Review and approve all SAOA supplies and repair requests
* Ensure all equipment is functioning properly (includes all amenity spaces)
* Oversee operations, repairs, maintenance and reservations of above grade Amenities
* Ensure appearance of all Amenity spaces is up to standard
* Ensure pool compliance is strictly followed including water testing

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* B.A. degree
* Prefer 5-7 years of prior business and property management experience
