This position has varied responsibilities in the syndicated research department, with a special focus on field management of digital/online surveys taken by ABS (address-based sample) respondents. The position will be responsible for sample management; communication and coordination with sample and mailing vendors; and liaising with the Systems Development team on the Field Management System (FMS), which supplies the reports, exports and tracking used to facilitate the execution of digital surveys.
In addition, the position will be responsible for Syndicated Research tasks, including questionnaire development, codebook review, data review and analysis, and creating the amendment memo.
Essential Duties and Responsibility
Specific Responsibilities include:
* Manage FMS system and launch invites/reminders/incentive delivery.
* Create/Analyse reports to identify issues (bounces, spam, errors, etc.) and troubleshoot.
* Investigate and resolve respondent complaints and inquiries.
* Use FMS/Confirmit Reporter/email vendor to analyse response rates and create reports as needed.
* Update and review product questionnaires, including evaluating client requests and identifying new industry trends
* Check data-processing generated codebook for accuracy
* Data review and analysis.
* Oversee the creation of an amendment spreadsheet which tracks the disposition of client requests and creates instructions to the data processing team with respect to adding/deleting/modifying/integrating variables
* Work on all aspects of MRI's Teen and/or Kids study
* Provide general and varied assistance for all aspects of syndicated study.
Experience and Skill:
* Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Keen attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* 2+ years experience with survey research and/or panel management preferred

BA/BS in Statistics, Communications, Marketing or related studies
