The Talent Solutions Lead will lead the design and launch of solutions that enable Google to know and grow our talent. You'll leverage deep expertise in talent planning, talent identification and assessment, succession planning, and accelerated development. You're adept at needs assessment, program design, testing, implementation and change management, and you'll bring a deep understanding of the broader people/talent ecosystem (acquisition, performance management, learning, diversity/inclusion, workforce planning, etc.) and partner closely across People Operations to deliver integrated talent solutions.
