Our direct client, a global advertising firm, is seeking a Project Engagement Manager for a long term consulting engagement. You will engage the business through the end to end process of Migrating PCs to Windows 10 and retiring older Windows and Mac laptops. Report to the program office throughout the process including retrieval of site information from the local business site representative through assuring clients arrive for migrations by working alongside the Site Champions to make sure the Business Line Managers are contacting the people being scheduled in their business unit(s) Key Responsibilities include Develop excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders (Operating Companies and Site Champions) plus 3rd party suppliers deploying the Operating system refresh and hardware replacement for aged out machines and peripherals. Represent the Program to Operating Company business liaisons (Site Champions and Business Line Managers) Work between Vendors to achieve readiness at each site preparing for execution in the schedule. Including follow up around site surveys, build areas for deployment and drop off areas for client hardware.
