As theDirector of Supply Chain Operations for Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, you are responsible for the daily operations of all supply chain functions conducted within the hospital facility, serving as the liaison between the Consolidated Service Center and the hospital. You will integrate the supply chain services with the hospitals primary functions, develop and implement policies and procedures that guide or support services, assess and improve supply chain performance, and ensure orientation and continuing education of your team.

What you will do in this role:
  • Communicate supply chain financial, clinical, and outcomes information to key stakeholders appropriate for their levels.
  • Educate key facility stakeholders to develop a culture of supply expense awareness and management
  • Provide clear financial analysis for appropriate decision-making, with focus on the primary drivers of supply expense and utilization
  • Serve as the clinical conscience for supply related decisions
  • Drive performance -efficiency, value generation, execution of strategies, etc.
  • Facilitate the standardization of products and optimize supply utilization through effective collaboration with physicians and clinicians
  • Execute a continuous improvement program for supply chain functions
  • Actively seek ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care of the services delivered


  • Bachelors degree is required (preferably in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or healthcare related focus)
    • Masters degree preferred
  • 3+ years of hospital management experience is required
