The impact you'll have

As a ProgrammaticSupervisor you will be the crucial \"hub\" of our entertainment platform team,managing programmatic traders while challenging the status quo. Your expertise in Programmatic media will make you a criticalpart of client and team education to help iCrossing deliver best results forour clients marketing programs.

What you'll do

* You will ensure the health of your accounts, spending budgets infull, while exceeding client KPIs. Asthe programmatic lead you will be the primary point of contact for bothinternal and client communication managing expectations based on campaignchanges
* You will manage the day to day activity of the team, ensuringeach team member has clear understanding of their responsibilities anddeadlines, providing onboarding, programmatic education and platform trainingas necessary
* You will develop initial audience segmentation and bidstrategies and evolve constantly based performance and learnings
* You will Own trades in multiple programmatic consoles
* You will be the first point of contact for Trader consultationregarding audience and optimization recommendations
* You will Analyze verification data to improve the quality ofimpressions purchased
* You will Identify flow of inventory trends within the DSPs basedon volume of media spend, seasonality, environmental factors and marketplacechanges
* You will develop tagging, DCO, and personalized messagingstrategies based on understanding our clients' website, assets and customerjourney

Who you are

* You have at least three (3) years of experience in digitaladvertising with preferred minimum two years specializing in programmatic
* You have a deep understanding of working in programmaticplatforms aka hands on keyboard (The Trade Desk, TubeMogul etc )
* You have a passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertisingand our clients' business and an even bigger passion for data, analysis andExcel
* You have definitely have Programmatic experience across displayand mobile and may have experience in additional channels such as audio, OOH,television
* You have a real knack for building compelling decks inPowerPoint making data driven recommendations
* You have a BA/BS degree, preferably in advertising, marketing,business, economics or similar
