About Help USA
HELP USA is one of the nations largest homeless services providers and low-income housing developers serving at-risk populations including families, veterans, and survivors of domestic violence. With an annual operating budget of nearly $125 million, HELP USA currently serves 25,000 people per year in over 50 programs and residences across five states and continues to grow. HELP provides 3,500 units of permanent and transitional housing as part of its 30-year commitment to families and individuals in need of safe, stable homes.
As a Safety Monitor with HELP USA, you'll help ensure a safe and secure environment at your assigned location. You'll be the first contact with our residents when they enter one of our buildings. In addition to ensuring residents' safety, you'll help our residents and guests feel welcome and set the tone for their stay. It's critical that you're alert, vigilant, and courteous to all of our residents. Your responsibilities will include patrolling facility grounds, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing incident reports when necessary.
We have Safety Monitor openings throughout NYC, so let us know where you're able to work when you complete our application.
