Role is responsible for development of customer logistic programs that promote a tighter linkage within Henkel s supply chain.
Represents Henkel at customer logistic engagements. Drive improvements in on time delivery with our customers.
Partner with customer service to align on strategic customers. Monitor customer on time delivery research customers out of tolerance.
Develop joint business plans with strategic customers and lead the JBP.
Update and maintain Henkel s customer pick up program.
Drive cross functional alignment and communication with customer service and sales to support efficient logistics practices.
Lead a team of 2 direct reports ensuring that organization is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct reports and responsible for talent management and succession planning.
Target key customers with high fines, conduct E2E loss assessments, and engineer out the losses.
10 years of experience, minimum of 7 years in people management experience. Bachelor's Degree is required.
Agile enough to manage working for multiple key leaders. Experience in customer facing roles.
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, or other ERP systems and transportation management systems required.
Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills. Driving team productivity while maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale. Identifying issues, conduct root cause analysis and take action to fix issues.
