Job Summary

Our newest Conrad property, The London NYC, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team!

Located in midtown Manhattan, this urban luxury hotel has over 500 rooms, 6,000 square feet in banquet space, and 2 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee the restaurant, in-room dining, and banquets managing a union staff of 100+.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a talent for elevating service while fostering a positive and professional culture. At least 3 years of food and beverage management experience with a background in luxury and union environments is required.

With a current renovation and upcoming name change to Conrad New York Midtown, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the innovation, leadership, and change management of this luxury hotel!

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

* Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.


* Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.


* Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.


* Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.


* Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
