Requirements for this Call Center - Customer Service job include:
- Must have at least a minimum of 1-year customer service or 6 months call center experience preferred
- Must be flexible to work assigned schedule
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task and make problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and convey a customer-centric attitude
