The Practice Finance COI BDO Market Manager can be located anywhere in Huntington's Practice Finance footprint: Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, West Virginia, , or Pittsburgh. New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Philadelphia, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut New Hampshire or Vermont. Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.

+ Leads business development officer's activity across a specific geography by delivering sales management and participating in market appointments with clients and COIs regularly.

+ Ensure proper management of variability of current BDOs, delivering performance management and all hiring and termination activity.

+ Works strategically with national accounts to formulate larger scale opportunities for organization as a whole.

+ Responsible to ensure PBR metrics are attained

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Minimum of 7 years combination of Practice Finance, Business Banking, and/or team management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience leading and coaching a financial sales team

+ Prior Business Banking or Practice Finance sales and credit experience

+ Understanding of Financial documentation from IRS documentation to personal client financial detail

+ Ability to translate a Cash flow analysis and communicate assessment to clients

+ Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
