Higher Education - Enterprise Solutions (ES)
Our clients technology needs are unique and so we are constantly on the look-out for outstanding consultants with different types and levels of expertise and knowledge who can uncover, untangle, and tackle the biggest challenges facing the industry. In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive with minimal oversight, flexibility, adaptability and resilience. Your attention to the details and passion and courage to deliver innovative results to our clients separates you from your peers. And your ability to listen and respond persuasively and masterfully to clients, especially in difficult situations, brings forth your artistry of consulting.
Depending on the role that is best suited to your background and interests, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentation and manage the work of Analysts. Managers provide client project delivery management, relationship management and team leadership. Directors provide client engagement delivery oversight, key relationship management, team leadership, business development, and program management.
Lets get to work together.
- Project implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Preferred certifications include the following: Payroll, Benefits, Global Human Resources, Compensation, Talent Management or Project Portfolio Management
- For Manager & Director level: Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management; C-suite client relationship management and; cradle to grave implementation experience
* Interest in delivering solutions to the Higher Education and Healthcare industry
*This position requires significant travel (Monday through Thursday; 80%).
*You can be located anywhere in the U.S.
