Digital Campaign Analyst

Position Description

* Client's Digital Campaign Analyst works with the global community team on leveraging data and insights to identify new email opportunities and analyze the effectiveness of ongoing email campaigns. This data-driven team member is responsible for reporting the results of email campaigns and experimentation and will evaluate A/B testing of content optimization, delivery times and frequency, and other key performance indicators.


Work with program leads to develop hypothesis and analysis around campaign results. Develop an understanding of unique customer segments to improve the success of email campaigns in growing revenue, improving customer retention and opt-out rates, and increasing customer engagement. Conduct audits and A/B testing of current email campaigns to identify areas for content and design improvements. Grow and optimize customer email lists based on business or consumer orientation, purchase behavior, and position in the customer lifecycle. Work with the content and design teams to develop effective emails that meet the strict deadlines of internal business stakeholders. Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of email campaigns and communicate their success to the email marketing manager. Performs other duties as assigned.

* 2-4 years of email marketing experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to generate clear and concise search reports.


* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of education and experience. 2-4 years of analysis for email marketing campaigns. Must know fluent and high proficiency with SQL to be able to pull and join large data sets from across multiple data storage systems. Capable of analyzing and correlating high volumes of data across multiple campaigns. General understanding of email development best practices and industry trends. Strong analytical skills and ability to generate clear and concise reports. Ability to multitask as a member of a fast-paced, data-driven team. Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
