Configure File Access Manager Use Cases o Permissions Collection o Activity Monitoring Alerting o Data Classification o Data Owner Election o Access Certification and, o Access Request Details The Project Team will work with Client to install File Access Manager within the Client infrastructure and connect to the included endpoints. This phase will include the following tasks. Install File Access Manager database and core services in Test and Production environments Install File Access Manager servers for Six (6) remote data centers for activity monitoring and data classification Configure Identity Collection for Three (3) Active Directory domains Configure Identity Collection for One (1) Azure Active Directory Domain Configure Authentication Store for File Access Manager Login Configure File Access Manager Business UI with Custom Branding and, Configuration of Administrator and Business Users UI with Roles. Deliverables File Access Manager Installed in Test and Production Environments File Access Manager integrated with Three (3) Active Directory Domains File Access Manager integrated with One (1) Azure Active Directory Domain Implementation of EMC Isilon Implementation 1 At the point File Access Manager is installed and integrated with in-scope systems, will work with Client to integrate an EMC Isilon endpoint as described below. Configure EMC Isilon file shares crawl, permissions collection, and data classification Install Permissions Collector Agent Install Activity Monitoring Agent Install Data Classification Agent Verify preliminary results with appropriate stakeholders Document Implementation framework for use in subsequent Implementations Document configuration and, Promote configuration to Production. Deliverables EMC Isilon Implementation 1 Complete Once File Access Manager is installed and each endpoint is set up, all advanced configuration can occur. This includes reporting, polices and alerts that are tailored to meet the specific business needs of Client. You will work with Client to complete the following tasks and associated deliverables. Enablement and tuning of Credit Card, PII, and GDPR classification rules based on best practices Configure alerts including ServiceNow tickets via File Access Manager email interface and ServiceNow inbound actions Configure reports bases upon best practices and previous deployments Configure Integration of logging and alerting with Splunk Test and verify data owner election, access review, access request and, Promote configuration to Production.
