This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the International Flavors & Fragrances Global Sustainability Team. You will be responsible for developing, advancing and executing the strategy for our Corporate Sustainability Program in line with the overall sustainability vision & strategy. This position will work closely with all Corporate functions to drive Environmental, Social and Governance progress (ESG) performance across the company.

You will spend your time . Leading the team to create our annual Corporate Sustainability report Contributing to the Corporate reporting strategy to obtain leadership status Leading the ESG reporting process to advance recognition on such platforms as CDP, Eco Vadis, DJSI, Barons Top 100 Sustainable companies, etc Working with key internal stakeholders to drive progress on KPI's for ESG factors. Interact with external stakeholders and develop gap analysis and improvement plans based on results Reporting on progress, benchmarking indices and identifying gaps to senior leadership. Influence the organization to appropriately incorporate ESG factors into key business functions. Key contact for external sustainability engagement and reporting. Manage customer, industry, investor and NGO requests for corporate sustainability performance Act as the liaison between the office of sustainability and corporate communications, responsible for managing the process to create the sustainability portion of internal and external websites, social media, engagement plan for employees and customers, press releases and associated public relations. Leading the company Materiality Assessment Being the internal expert and key contact for GRI, CDP, UN Sustainable Development goals, UN Global Compact, Investor Indices, and related platforms
Required Skills Bachelor s degree in a related field including sustainability, engineering, environmental policy or a related field Five years of experience in sustainability report development, GRI, verification, reporting indices such as DJSI, CDP, Eco Vadis and employee engagement Exemplified knowledge of corporate reporting against KPIs Excellent Project Management Skills Excellent written and creative communication skills Ability to create visual representations of data and progress Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent oral, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent computer (MS Office, Excel, etc.) and data manipulation skills
Required Experience Master s degree or MBA in Sustainability or Environmental Policy Experience in a similar role within a CPG or F&F company
Comfortable with working collaboratively, globally and cross functionally with multiple departments
Interpersonal and influencing skills are required
Ability to develop relations with internal and external stakeholders.
