The VP Data Solutions will develop and lead a Data Strategy & Solutions offering within Cadreon; to consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders and key clients to inform, educate and structure data across a variety of vendors and platforms to help drive product innovation and development. These efforts will also create smart, data-driven solutions across Cadreon's suite of media channels to produce better outcomes for our clients and generate new revenue streams through product and partnerships.
This individual must be highly motivated with the ability to work across a matrixed organization in a startup environment to bring key decision makers both within and outside of IPG MediaBrands to the table to collaborate and work with internal stakeholders to bring these data-driven strategies and solutions to market. They must also be able to articulate and educate this same group of people on the value behind these solutions and why they will lead to better outcomes.
They will be a crucial partner to our Client and Product Management teams. Most importantly, they must have a brain that can not only architect and analyze the data, but also A/B test solutions, pull key insights, optimize and take those solutions to market.
The ultimate goal is to deliver data-driven marketing solutions and decisions by analyzing and structuring data from multiple inputs and platforms to help define strategy and solutions for our clients to deliver better outcomes, client retention and new revenue streams:
* Identifying addressable marketplaces and new data places to surface product ideas and revenue opportunities * Engage with data providers both internally and externally to create custom data solutions on a campaign and product level * Working with sales and campaign management to refine audiences based on demographic, behavioral and intent-based data to optimize campaigns and deliver better outcomes to our clients * Present data strategy to clients, secure new revenue opportunities and grow strategic relationships * Educate internal partners on existing data sources and new products including best practices for audience segmentation to deliver better campaign performance * Working across a highly matrixed organization as the connection point with key stakeholders to both drive strategy and coordinate efforts internally between IPG MediaBrands, Acxiom, Magna and the marketplace * In-depth understanding of the digital advertising, programmatic and omni-channel landscapes through the media planning lens * Staying on top of new and emerging technologies that will push the category further to drive innovation and better outcomes for clients * Being comfortable in even thriving in a fast paced, high growth company * Networking and effectively working with senior executives and decision makers across brands, clients and agencies * Rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes while acting as an analyst, a consultant and a strategist.
Experience / Education
* B.S. or MBA, in Marketing or Data Science * Media, Agency, Search, Ad Tech industry experience a huge plus * 10+ years experience
