Position Summary

We are looking for a VP, Eretail at Reprise. This person will be a creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges, and shaping new strategic approaches and frameworks.

Essential Functions

* Provide leadership and direction to our internal team on all aspects of e-commerce and e-Retail
* Partner with agency/client leads to bring best-in-class e-Retail and e-Commerce solutions to our client businesses
* Develop eRetail/eCommerce roadmaps and business plans to drive our client retail business forward
* Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in overall brand objectives to ultimately support Omnichannel retail (online to offline and vice versa)
* Build seasonal e-commerce strategies and ensure all projects support the brand strategies, lead the business analysis of all programs and make changes to drive continuous improvement.
* Liaise with client retail/shopper teams and other key stakeholders.
* Align strategic platform of Shopper audience and shopper behavior plans in-market, in conjunction with brand and trade teams
* Marry e-commerce tactical plans with shopper awareness media plans to find efficiencies and address overlaps
* Establish, provide and disseminate POVs/thought leadership in the retail category tied to marketplace dynamics and new opportunities across the industry
* Assess current e-commerce plans and find opportunities to expand presence and tactical complexity
* Ensure stewardship across shopper awareness and e-commerce conversation campaigns executed by brand
* Endeavor to leverage Mediabrands agencies in negotiations with e-commerce partners in the non-biddable space
* Media partners can include Amazon, Criteo, Walmart, Target Media Network, Triad; as well as InstaCart, Shipt and other relevant e-Retail partners
* Evaluate and vet platform partners to help support eRetail and eCommerce capabilities; inclusive of but not limited to: campaign management, measurement/analytics and research.
* Build strong consultative relationships with clients and internal partners as an integrated marketing communications advisor

Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience:

* 8+ years integrated retail/ecomm experience
* 3+ years supervisory and management experience required

Skills:

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Experience communicating information verbally and in writing required
* Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently
