?Qualifications: 2 - 3 years of Inbound Call Center experience 5+ years of Customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to handle escalated calls Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Type 50 wpm Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outllook, Excel and Word) Bilingual Chinese a huge plus
