Technical configuration and performance tuning of integration components. L4 SME guidance and direction to on and offshore teammates. 3-5 years' experience in SAP systems such as XI/PI/PO or SAP ALE & Workflow or SAP Cloud Platform Integration
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop relationships with key business partners. Drive support for critical incidents for EDI, supply chain, sales and analytics business processes for our global business partners. Manage prioritization, communication, and validation of requests for change.
Fulfill Subject Matter Expert role in EAI components for projects including proposals, development, discovery, requirements, technical approachs and key deliverables.
Drive identification and documentation of requirements development for business requests for new capabilities and process changes. Lead global support teams in driving development and testing activities for new capabilities.
Application Integration Technical Management
Candidates should have proficiency in EAI middeware components (Managed File Transfer, EDI, Message Queue, APIs, Mule ESB), SAP Technologies: Process Orchestration, Cloud Platform Integration, ALE, Workflow, RFC and have a willingness to learn new technologies and become proficient
System Administration Experience:
Unix/Linux Skills, Networking, Java, Web technologies, SAP Basis/interfaces and bolt ons
Client Interaction: All clients including executive level.
Project Scope: System-wide/cross functional, large, complex team work. Executes integration and implementation of new technologies/projects. May serve multiple geographies. Informs direction for projects.
Sphere of Influence: SME for project management. Responsible for proposing solutions to technical problems during projects. Provides technical opinions during projects and to customers. Interacts with leadership at Manager, Director and Sr. Director level.
Roles and Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert in multiple facets of Enterprise
Application Integration operations and delivery. Acts as escalation resource for off and on shore teammates.
